Having never purchased a used vehicle I was in shock how many dealerships had extra charges, MB was the only one I found that was honest and had no silly extra fees and would negotiate (some) on the price of their vehicles. The car that they had and the price that I paid was vey competitive. They now have a customer for life. Chris was knowledgeable and more that happy to answer any questions I had with no high pressure sales tactics. I never write reviews but I am happy to write this one. More

Failed to execute the sale of an automobile I called MB Motorsports about a car they advertised for 18 k and that I have a trade in that I owe on .I also mentioned that I need to keep my payment I called MB Motorsports about a car they advertised for 18 k and that I have a trade in that I owe on .I also mentioned that I need to keep my payments at about 200 per mo. George took my info on my trade in and said it's worth a bit over 10k and I owe 4 k on my trade in .He said there is no problem keeping payments about 220 per mo .The next day I called MB Motorsports and spoke to John and I wanted to know the terms of the loan he said 60 months and then I declined on the deal, 60 months seems too long. I then changed my mind about the terms of the loan,I am ok with it so I called George the Manager at MB Motorsports but he had bad news that the car was sold. A week later I saw the same car on Car gurus for 16k. So I had my wife call and she spoke to Kevin at MB Motorsports to see if the car was available. Kevin put Her on hold for a few minutes then returned to ask Her if she is related to Cliff who is me, in which she replied no. He then said good and the car is available.The next day we had an appt.to test drive the car. We specifically called Kevin to make sure the car was still available before taking the hour long trip there Kevin said " I'm looking at it right now, it's prepped and ready " .When we arrived I told Kevin about my disability and that I need to keep my payments at 200 per.mo. He went to his Manager Johns office then went to get plates so we can test drive the car. As we stood by the car waiting for the test drive John the Manager told us the car was no longer available!! It was sold 15 minutes ago. How is that possible when we were there for over a half hour at that point. We were very disappointed first by George who informed me the car was sold, then the second time by Kevin who said the car was available when we walked in the door. Lied to twice by George and Kevin. I would not recommend this company, they are not trustworthy. More
