Kevin O. was great! Kevin did his best to work with us on what we needed. When we saw things that concerned us he looked into them and ensured that if was something that Kevin did his best to work with us on what we needed. We noticed water & moisture in the turn-signal housing on the side-view mirror and Kevin made sure that his team would address the moisture & the lack of a tight seal so that we wouldn't end up with a blown bulb after a heavy rain storm. He also made sure to get a new battery in the remote key. Lastly, being from Massachusetts, we have different laws & regulations for driving out-of-state cars into the state. He was patient and worked with us as we made phone calls to clarify details regarding laws & insurance on the van. Kevin was also honest about things he didn't know. When he wasn't sure of something, he'd take the time to ask someone who did have the answer &/or gave us the time to find the answer via our insurer & loan provider. More
