He is knowledgeable, personable, and he made what could have been a nerve wrecking situation, fun and easy. I was there for a bit, because I had so many questions, Kevin was also very patient. He even helped me transition my rental. I drove away in an XC60 Volvo T6 Platinum! These are hard to find because they turnover so quickly. However, this car was in great condition. After long discussions with John in finance, I was able to understand what I was paying for while at the same time express my parameters in order to make the purchase. This car is a keeper!
