Worst Dealer I Have Ever Seen Marvin Motors is the worst used car shopping experience I have ever had. Their facilities are subpar, their sales staff is apathetic. I located the Marvin Motors is the worst used car shopping experience I have ever had. Their facilities are subpar, their sales staff is apathetic. I located the vehicle on the internet and responded via text or e-mail that I was interested. I also called to see if it was still available before making the drive from Casselberry to Kissimmee – a 60 mile drive. The person who answered the phone was very rude and told me that the car had been sold. Imagine my confusion when I received a phone call the next morning from one of their sales staff asking when I would like to see the car. I decided to make the trip and check out the car. It was a piece of garbage. It had a broken windshield, torn interiors, bad tires and wheel covers, missing windshield wipers, and God knows what else was wrong with it. It was a 2010 model and I was shocked that they would put this vehicle on the lot for sale. It was probably unsafe with the bad tires and broken windshield. This was on a Thursday or Friday in April of 2017. The sales person assured me that those issues would be corrected and I made plans to return the following Monday with my son to look at the vehicle again. When we returned on Monday, none of the repairs had been made and the salesperson who had arranged to meet me was not even there and none of the other sales staff were interested in helping me. Obviously, they did me a favor. I am not concerned about posting this because everything I have stated here is true. I cannot believe that the State Attorney’s Office has not shut this dealer down. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone I cared about. More

And soon as you miss a payment their threatening to repo the car back. They told me I will pay a certain amount for the month but call you looking for half the payment. They told me to borrow the payment from some relatives or friends instead of them waiting a few days and charging a late fee I would agree to that. More

worst dealership i ever experienced All they wanted to do is sell a vehicle. After the fact customer service sucks. Had to replace battery in car 4 days after purchasing it. purchased .lincoln Aviator I was searching for a second car and new I could not afford new. I started looking at used dealerships (50 or more dealerships) when I cam across Marv I was searching for a second car and new I could not afford new. I started looking at used dealerships (50 or more dealerships) when I cam across Marvin Motors. As always a good shopper I went in several times to the Orlando location and looked around. I finaial found a SUV I wanted but it was located at the Kissimmee dealership. I Sat down with Humberto ( need car see him) and found out that I waited 1/2 day to late the SUV was being sold as we spoke... Humberto pulled up the in ventory on line and we went through most of the vehicles (SUV) and I found a great deal on a Lincoln Aviator (2004) with low miles and I was located in Kissimmee, humberto grabbed a car and through the rush hour traffic ( it was 5:30pm) we drove to the Kissimmee location were my Lincoln was sitting, remember this was just to look at it, I drove it back to Orlando location and purchased it that eve... A great deal and humberto was there all the way through, even though it was getting late he stayed to make the sale...thank you humberto and Marvin Motors More
