New Elantra purchase My experience with the sales team (Tim and Doug) was very pleasant and professional with the purchase of our new 2017 Elantra for our daughter. I t My experience with the sales team (Tim and Doug) was very pleasant and professional with the purchase of our new 2017 Elantra for our daughter. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tim. He was very patient with us as we looked at many cars, pre-owned and new, within a large price range over the course of several days. It was truly "no hassle" or no pressure. He stayed after hours to finalize the deal with us to keep us from having to come back the next day. In the end, I'm very happy to have made the decision to stay local with my purchase. The only suggestion I have that would have made the overall experience a perfect 10 is the way the car was cleaned / detailed. The car was brand new but was very dirty because it had been on the lot for several months. Because it was so late in the evening when we made the purchase, the detailer was already gone home, so Tim personally washed the car the best he could that evening, without us asking him to do it. He then gave us a voucher to come back to have it detailed completely. I brought the car back a few days later to have it cleaned and detailed but it was definitely a rushed job. Tim had to come behind with a cleaning rag and liquid to finish the job, which is not something the sales person should have to do once, let alone a second time. All that being said......9 out of a 10 overall. I would definitely recommend M&M Hyundai to friends and family. More
