M&M Auto Group Sweeter than Candy! I needed an SUV. I wanted a Buick Enclave. So hubby and I searched CarGurus online. We found several good deals in the Hudson Valley area. First I I needed an SUV. I wanted a Buick Enclave. So hubby and I searched CarGurus online. We found several good deals in the Hudson Valley area. First I went to M&M Auto Group in Liberty, New York 60 miles from home to do the actual check on the car intending to review it and move on to several other dealerships before making my final decision. However, I learned a lot more about the Enclave, took it for a really decent test drive, chatted with my salesman Sean, met several other folks there and found my car care family. A glamorous Manhattan showroom - no - way sweeter! I found a friendly, clean place where I felt like family. I went no further that day. I bought my Enclave. Sean was knowledgeable, fun and attentive:) Everyone was people and car oriented. A few days later when we picked up my car everything was ready as it should be and we met some of the M&M family from the owner, office staff and technicians. All were friendly, polite and knew their business. And I should stress friendly not pushy. I drove away a happy happy driver. I’ve been in for my first mini service. Yes I drove all the way back to Liberty and was rewarded with more friendly professional service. I am very comfortable that they will take good care of me and my car. Family, can’t ask for more. But as a woman I notice extra things That must impress me like a clean restroom- yes very, a clean beveridge area -yes, to a clean and comfy customer service sitting room - yes. Clean makes me comfortable but is also a reflection on the attention to detail given in a store M & M Auto Group is a win/win clean, friendly, knowledgeable and professional environment.
