ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !! My brand new 2025 Ram had a light dimming sensor issue (at least that’s what they told me)and did not make out of the parking lot bef ELSEWHERE !! My brand new 2025 Ram had a light dimming sensor issue (at least that’s what they told me)and did not make out of the parking lot before the blind spot light came on lights in the steering wheel started flashing and front collision sensor went on stoping the truck in traffic luckily after turning the truck off and restarted it I was able to make it back to the dealership. They put me in a loaner and said it was probably the battery. I picked it up in a few days in the evening then next am went out to go to store and noticed several scratches on the drivers door that were not there when I purchased the truck. I reached out to the salesman he said he would let the service manager know. The next morning going to work the truck had the same electrical / sensor issue so the salesman brought me yet another loaner and took the truck back to the dealership. I reached out to the sales manager and he told me the scratches we fixed ( they most likely happened when the truck was in service TWICE FOR THE SAME ISSUE ) Remember the is a BRAND NEW TRUCK! When I went to pick up it up a few days later the scratches were not handled as I was told more than once by the sales manager Tyler. The sales manager that was there was very rude and condescending and told me there was nothing he could do and actually went out and rubbed the scratches thinking it was something on the door panel and made the scratches actually WORSE I told him I was going to call Ram customer care he rudely to me to “GO AHEAD” Then he told me to go back to service and have the service manager Nate to put it through warranty. Nate told me he took digital pictures and would get back to me in couple of days Nothing no call I called at least 5 time always busy per service advisor I left messages and no call back to date. So I have a 50K plus BRAND NEW TRUCK THAT BROKE DOWN TWICE within 40 miles on the odometer and got scratches in service by the technician or someone at the dealership all on drivers door and a panel under the dash they removed to replace the “dimming sensor”they used a power tool to remove and reinstall and over tightened and chewed up the hard plastic around the screw on one side. The truck also had scratches on both middle pillars it either came from the factory that way or when detail applied the “DEALER ADDED INTERIOR PROTECTION “ that they added to the price of the truck as “electronic registration “ aka a junk fee. Terrible dealership very respectful and helpful till you sign the paperwork and the loan funds after that they treated me very disrespectful and were very deceiving and did not follow through what they said they would do. A great way to treat a disabled vet or anyone else. Horrible would be an understatement they lied repeatedly and are not accountable for damages to my BRAND NEW TRUCK. The only good thing that I can say about the dealership is that the salesman Luis did a great job and did his best to make a bad experience better. More
Recently purchased a truck from M&L, and I am disappointed with the service regarding the key fobs and the pushy sales tactics. It was never mentioned during the purchase that there would only be disappointed with the service regarding the key fobs and the pushy sales tactics. It was never mentioned during the purchase that there would only be one key fob provided. Upon receiving my vehicle, I realized I only received one key fob, which has been an inconvenience for my family and I. Additionally, I found the sales manager to be very pushy during negotiations, which made the experience uncomfortable. They were insistent on certain details and rushed through explanations. I understand oversights can happen, but it's disappointing that the key fob issue wasn't communicated clearly or handled properly. I've reached out to the dealership about this issue multiple times but haven't received a satisfactory resolution yet. I hope this feedback helps them improve their communication and customer service in the future and for this not to happen to anyone else. More

I did not appreciate Pat in service screaming at my pregnant fiancé, we had been up there over four times over a warranty concern with the vehicle. We have gotten nothing but a run around and nothing being done, still paying for this car and my fiancé being nine months pregnant we are gonna be frustrated due to a baby coming soon and having these issues that no one seems to want to fix!! Never buy from here due to warranty issues not being a priority or concern at all! We cannot afford to walk with a newborn due to this vehicle issue. I also did not appreciate the indirect threats made by Pat stating there would be a big problem if my fiancé continued talking! Do your job to fix the car not dance around this issue! We will continue to file complaints over this “supervisor” who can feel he can make threats and scream at customers after he dances around their concerns and gives no care!!!! Worst company to deal with over any concerns in service department ! The purpose of a service department is to identify and service vehicle problems, not to indirectly tell customers that since you can’t see an issue there must not be a problem. More
