He was the only dealership contact to even suggest that. Others tried to talk me into their inventory. My first visit he took care of the order. Despite Corona caused delays, he never lost track of me. Second visit, just as fast and efficient, he took care of me and I took position of my new car. Great experience. I’ve purchased a few cars and this was by far the best and easiest experience yet. Gerard was very helpful as a sales rep and then when I went to the financing department, Jovi was great too and I was in and easiest experience yet. Sales was very friendly and helpful. Only issue was, I was told that swapping out my cloth seat for leather wasn’t an issue but when it came down to signing papers work, I was told to purchase them throug was told that swapping out my cloth seat for leather wasn’t an issue but when it came down to signing papers work, I was told to purchase them through a 3rd party. I’m very unhappy with being mislead because now I’m stuck with cloth seats when I was told that they would be swap with no problem. I felt at the beginning I was being taken care of but afterwards I felt lied to so the sale would be faster for them. I feel they were more worried about the sale then customer service. More
