Edmond Kakish attempted to sneak a $3,000 warranty past me. He didn't mention this "optional" warranty until well into our discussion. Additionally, your MANDATORY $995 Reviver digital license plate was added to my car's price after my 6 hour trip to your dealership. (these digital plates are $500 RETAIL online) I asked Edmond to remove this plate but he said all of your cars are sold with them and it could not be removed. This seems like a very fraudulent practice. I'm sure Reviver will be very interested to hear this, when I email them regarding your misuse of their product and reputation. Also the Reviver $5.00 per month fee was never disclosed to me during my entire time there. While I am very happy with my purchase (excepting the digital plate), I am very unhappy with my experience with MK Smith Chevrolet.
