M.K. Smith made us an amazing offer on a pre-owned 2015 Toyota Sienna. We had an issue with the windshield and they put a brand new one on it. We took issue with some paint chips and scuffs around the body Toyota Sienna. We had an issue with the windshield and they put a brand new one on it. The purchase process was very easy. Everything went well. Afterward, they informed me that the vehicle has a recall issue and needed to be brought back. I didn't hear back so I texted Gorge who was the original contact for an update on the appointment and silence. No response received and now it is two days later. I guess we will have to follow up.
