All in all, our buying experience was decent but there was a lot of things that could've been done better. We have to return to the dealership to get a couple of dings buffed out on the driver side door & was a lot of things that could've been done better. We have to return to the dealership to get a couple of dings buffed out on the driver side door & the experience took way too long, in general. Our salesman, Billy, didn't know much about payload of the truck we were buying and how that relates to towing a trailer. My wife was kind enough to explain how it works. Initially, the salesman didn't want to show us the car because we got the impression he didn't think we could afford it - huge mistake. But he was a young man, still has much to learn. More
