I am disappointed because not only did I overpay for the car, I also paid a ridiculous interest rate. On the Chevy website the interest rate says 1.9% (I have excellent credit) and would have made a signif car, I also paid a ridiculous interest rate. In July 2021, we tried to but a 2021 Chevy Bolt. We live 200 miles away, so this had to be done by phone and email prior to our taking possession of the car. And then . . . . . a strange song-and-dance occurred at MK Smith via the saleswoman named Zaira. We had to repeatedly ask that they proceed to finish selling the car to us. After another day passed and hearing nothing from them, we called the dealership only to find out they had sold the car out from under us. Our experience: MK Smith, under the oversight of Curtis Bray, does not keep its word. More
