Jose the salesman is not a honest person. He took advantage of my limited English. Jose told me while I was signing the contract that all of the protection package was included on the vehicle He took advantage of my limited English. Jose told me while I was signing the contract that all of the protection package was included on the vehicle price. I asked to get this protection cancel and they took my car away along with the copy of my contract. They treating me by saying that the will sell my car for a lower price and I would pay the difference. Jose also told me that they will not refund my down payment because I had put in 300 miles and scratch a tire rim. I will not longer shop in this dealer. More

There were several mis-leading "tricks" and it took me the entire day to make a deal. They wanted to force me to buy a tracking device for the vehicle for 1400.00 when I refused, they let me leave and the the entire day to make a deal. They wanted to force me to buy a tracking device for the vehicle for 1400.00 when I refused, they let me leave and then called and apologized. In order to get the deal I wanted I had to finance the vehicle, they preferred that over a cash offer. Weird day. More
