I live in Stamford and was planning to purchase my vehicle around that area. One weekend, I happened to be on the other side of the state visiting family. I stopped in the M.J. Sullivan dealership in New London, CT, to look at the Tucson (the vehicle I was very interested in). Mike greeted us and told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle and we took it out for a test drive. I stopped in several Hyundai dealerships while doing my research on this vehicle. I decided to drive back two hours from Stamford, CT, to New London, CT, to purchase this vehicle at M.J. Sullivans specifically BECAUSE of Mike Desmund. I could have purchased it at any of the dealerships near where I live, however, his service and the way he presented himself and the dealership was the reason why I came back to give this dealership our business. My brother and sister also purchased Tucsons during this process as well. He sold three vehicles to us from M.J. Sullivans that we probably would have purchased at a more local dealership.
