Excellent Information and Service My wife and I arrived at M.J. Sullivan Hyundai not knowing which SUV model we were most interested in. Differences between the Tucson, Santa Fe, and My wife and I arrived at M.J. Sullivan Hyundai not knowing which SUV model we were most interested in. Differences between the Tucson, Santa Fe, and Santa Fe Sport were not clearly evident to us. The staff, and James Kirby in particular, helped us navigate the differences between the models and choose the one that was right (not too big, not too small) for our needs. We ended up purchasing a Santa Fe Sport with the Value Package -- an SUV with all of the features that we need/want, but without unnecessary or extravagant (read: expensive) features. James helped us decide which of the models were right for us and found a model on the lot that met our needs. The first day we looked at cars, we had stops (after MJ Sullivan) at other dealerships for other similar compact/mid-size SUV's, but James was the only dealer representative that followed up with us to ask whether we had questions in the days following our first visit and test drive. When we followed up and requested a Saturday morning appointment to discuss options for purchase, James and the staff bent over backwards to help up out and get us on our way as quickly as possible following the buy. Highly recommend! More

No high pressure I went to the dealer and had some figures in mind that would be a good deal for me. I found the exact car I wanted, the soon to be my next Genesis. I made my offer and Mike countered it. We did have a little back and forth and came up with a good compromise. I never felt high pressure to buy now but we came to an agreement so I did. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike said "I can have it ready to drive home today". Took about 2 hours to complete the paperwork have the car prepped and ready to go. This was all done in one visit, unlike other dealer where I had to go back a days or two later. More
