Everything to like at M. J. Sullivan I keep going back to M. J. Sullivan for new vehicles and service because of the friendliness of the staff (sales (Tom C.) and service (Bob L.)). I finally received a message from Jim a little over a week ago that he had not heard anything from Hyundai. A $1,000 is a lot of money to my family especially due to the unexpected purchase of this car. Because of this it is starting to sour the otherwise good experience I had. It's been a month, and I still have not heard anything. More

Best buying experience I've ever had I came to this dealership thinking it was closed, having no idea that within a week, my mind would be forever changed about a dealership. I'd had a bad experience recently and was reluctant to even enter the building, but from the parking lot to the show room, it was evident that this was not your typical cat sales experience. There was laughter, there was no pressure, there was professionalism and yet they made me feel at home. Everything from sales, to financing, to service, we were introduced like family.
