Condescending and Disrespectful WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Unworthy of even a 1 star rating, however, for purposes of making this public the rating must be given. Lynnes Subaru of Bloomfield really has to analyze their sales force and ensure that their methods be ETHICAL. The sales associate who assisted us, Pamela, did everything she could to provide pricing on a vehicle we were interested in. What she failed to mention was the fact that she had actually pre-filled the figures on a contract of which she claimed was simply a formality to hold the vehicle until our next visit. To make matters worse, a tall gentleman claiming to be a "Sales Manager" attempted to resolve the discord. He became aggressive, condescending, and disrespectful especially when he attempted to hold us from leaving and waved his pen in my mother-in laws face claiming he was not a magician and didn't own a magic wand, he had a pen. Regretfully, we agreed to wait and see if he could come to an agreeable figure. 15 minutes past and he would not show his face, we were told by the associate that there was no deal and we could leave. Disappointed with the outcome, we approached his office and asked why he had kept us the whole time. We told him he could not treat customers in that fashion, he was disrespectful and extremely condescending with our business. To make matters worse, he became aggressive and at one point almost became physical until we asked him not to place his hands on us and left. As we were pulling out, he stepped outside the dealership to see us leave and gave us a salute. We did not understand the nature of this salute, however, became offended because we think it may have been an act of white supremacy. Potential customers, BEWARE. More

Our salesman Radomir was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the buying process. He took the time to go over the vehicles and explain in detail functions of the car. Tried to charge $1K more for the car than they had it listed for on AutoTrader.com. Tried to push gap insurance on me even though my trade in + down payment were 40% of the purchase price (so there was no gap). The salesperson who I worked with (Jerry) was great. The F&I guy (Sam) was a crook. More

The first time I had a service it was factory defect and because it out of warranty I had to pay all out of pocket. The worst part is that even though things started to fall apart, there was no care as to the fact I purchased the vehicle there. I was treated like I was coming in for an oil change even though I bought a car there. The cherry on top was that the service manager treated me like I was asking for a favor, again no customer care from anyone I spoke to there which includes at least three different people. Never going back there or any of their affiliates. More

Abe from the dealership sold us our Mazda CX-5 which we pu The worst dealership! If you are a women and purchase a car from this dealership good luck! Abe from the dealership sold us our Mazda CX-5 which we purchased in cash. He was extremely unprofessional and could not do any of the paperwork himself. We had to call numerous times to make sure he was following up. After purchasing the car, we were told it would be detailed and the racing stripe on the sides would be removed. The car was not detailed and the racing stripe on the side of the car was not removed correctly. We had to drive back to Lynn's Nissan from New York to get the racing stripe removed correctly. We then informed Abe that we did not feel comfortable with him doing the registration and the switching of plates as he was not for filling the paperwork on his end. We were then transferred to Jay Cheeks and Tony Halley - as I received three parking tickets due to the fact that they did not register the car properly. Jessica Moret, Who handles the finances and registration for the cars could not get her act together. We had to call her daily to make sure that the paperwork was done. However, she became too overwhelmed and couldn't handle submitting the paperwork. Currently we have tickets on the car and when we called today, Match 25, Tony Halley - was extremely disrespectful and used foul language. He informed us that they would not be paying for the tickets and that it was our problem since we already purchased the car. He stated that they don't care since they got their money. Do not do business with this dealership!!! The people there are so unprofessional! If you are a woman they will degrade you! Be aware and stay away from this awful dealership!!! More
