The test drive was great but when it came down to meeting with the Sales Manager and negotiating pricing on the vehicle that has been there since 08/10/2017 with an original asking price of $32,995 that is when things got extremely fuzzy. At the time of our visit the asking price was $28,980 we presented an offer to reduce about $1200 off of the asking price. It was almost as though it was a joke that we were trying get an additional price drop on the vehicle to the Sales Manager, it was stated that he had already dropped the price, but let's be honest the price drop is due to how long the vehicle has been sitting on their lot and they are losing money each and every day it does not sell. Our intelligence was insulted on numerous of occasions when dealing with the Sales Manager. First off he attempted to let us know that he drives ever used vehicle on the lot to his home which is 100 miles away to ensure that there are no issues with the vehicles and advised that during the drive he discovered that the vehicle needed new brakes, which Lynnes Nissan added new brakes to the Ford Explorer therefore the $699 dealer prep fee they were trying to charge and not come down on covered new brakes but also a powertrain warranty he was offering. The vehicle did not have new brakes installed, in fact the brake rotors were only resurfaced and everyone should know that powertrain warranties are covered by the original manufacturer up to a certain year and mileage, for Ford the powertrain warranty covers 5/yr 60,000mi powertrain and let's be honest a dealer prep fee should only be between $100 - $400 especially if new brakes were not added to the vehicle. They also markup the vehicle registration fee by an enormous amount, we were quoted $545 for registration fees and when we questioned the fee we were told that if it doesn't come out to that amount we would get a refund check, which I highly doubt. Let's be honest a new tag shouldn't run you anymore than $275 and that's on the high end. The documentation fee was going to be $599, I get it preparing the packet is time consuming but not $600 dollars worth. After all was said and done we walked away from the table and went and purchased a new luxury vehicle from elsewhere and the experience at that dealership we went to was extremely better and we were not taken advantage of with pricing. Everything is supposed to work out how it should and we are glad that it didn't work out at Lynnes Nissan. Funny thing is we walked in with our own financing well above what was being asked at Lynnes Nissan which would have been an easy sell for them but they were too worried about taken advantage of educated consumers. SCAMMERS - DISRESPECTFUL TO WOMEN ***BUYERS BEWARE*** DO NOT TRUST LYNNES NISSAN *** ***LYNNES NISSAN IN BLOOMFIELD TREATS WOMEN POORLY*** When signing paperwork DO NOT get distr ***BUYERS BEWARE*** DO NOT TRUST LYNNES NISSAN *** ***LYNNES NISSAN IN BLOOMFIELD TREATS WOMEN POORLY*** When signing paperwork DO NOT get distracted by the fancy electronic signing system they have where the finance guy quickly swipes over the windows he does not want you to question. It is a strategy. This is an account of MY experience: I went in on Wed, Oct 25 to turn in my lease. When I learned that I would not be receiving a credit for my unused miles like I thought, I decided to look into just keeping the car. Firstly, the MINUTE they ask for your drivers license they will a hard credit inquiry for about 7 financial institutions. My credit score dropped 18 points in one day. They do not ASK "may we run your credit" like they are supposed to by law. When I mentioned that I was comfortable at keeping the same payments I had during the lease their eyes widen and said "NO PROBLEM" (mentioning that was a mistake). We talked about a loan for 60 months and was promised that I would be making the same car payments. When I asked about information about interest rates, I was told "We work with the best banks... you have chase? We will get you a Chase Loan" During the signing I was verbally promised a 60 month loan at my same payments, except when it came to signing the finance guy, SAM, quickly swiped over the screen with the interest rates and length of the loan. He was doing this all while he was telling me stories about his kids and asking me personal questions. He comes off as very friendly which I like to believe is genuine, but it seems to be part of the strategy there. I one more time ask for more info about the loan and the only information I was given was "it's the same payment". So I signed. (MISTAKE) An hour later as I was reading the physical paperwork, I realized that I was put into a predatory deal! I was a 78 month loan (not 60), with a 6.8% interest rate (very high), with a bank I have never even heard of, KeyBank National... NOT chase. I have VERY good credit, and KNOW I can get a better rate than that. I went back two hours later to see what could be done, I was given the run around and told to return in the morning because "banks were closed" (lies). I came back first thing in the morning. We discussed a set of options with did not satisfy me and I learned about a few more LIES they were telling. I decided that I didn't want to do business with them and asked in many different ways if I could be let out of the deal... especially since I only returning 2 hours later and my paperwork wasn't even processed yet. (They lied and said they could not cancel the contract because of Nissan and the bank, then when I personally called Nissan and the bank they said it was up to the dealership discretion and in fact COULD be cancelled.) The day ended in a shouting match between Greg, a bald man who is I believe a sales manager. He was yelling that although he DID have the authority to cancel the contract he just didn't feel it. I was basically told "TOUGH LUCK, KID". I could not believe that a middle aged man was yelling at a young woman in publicly in his own dealership. They have ZERO respect for women there. In summary, I was reeled into a text book car dealer scam. It was a page out of a book "How to SCAM a car buyer 101" and I fell. These people are professionals at what they do, they make it seem like omitting certain information is standard. And yes, I do take full responsibility for signing the paperwork without going thru it with a fine tooth comb. But I felt comfortable because I had had a good experience there before with the same finance guy. Now I see that that level of comfort was taken advantage of. Lesson learned: do not trust ANYONE no matter how comfortable you feel. I don't wish this experience on anyone and am determined to tell everyone I know about how I was treated. More

As soon as I entered the Lynnes parking lot, Otto came right up to us and offered his help immediately. He looked over my trade in vehicle and agreed that my asks ng price was fair. It was nice not to have to haggle for once. After we decided on a Saburu model ,I was given the fair True Car price. The finance office ( dealing with Joe) was also a pleasant experience and I was not pressed into taking unnecessary warranties. Otto called me the next day to ask how everything was and to let me know about the status of some dealer add-ons that I had requested. Overall i would give Otto and Lynnes five out of five stars so far. Great job! More

It Never thought about leasing a Subaru but Salesperson Otto Bizaldi changed my mind very quickly. I took a test drive in the Forester and I was sold. It has the most smoothest drive of any car I have ever driven. Otto made a believer out of me. Otto was the nicest and most pleasant Salesperson I have ever dealt with, I am a returning customer of his and will be returning in 36 - 42 months for another Subaru. More
