I thought i was very clear on my instructions for the saleman to give me "thier best price". I told them thanks not for me , they called me back three times with consecutive lower prices. This is not the way to do business. I leased from another dealership who was totally professional and had the correct price upon calling. More

No hidden fees, everything was well explained as to the price of the car, the additional costs, interest rates and car history. We went out of the dealership happy, excited and got what we wanted for the price of the car. I will be back for my next vehicle. More
BEWARE! YOU ARE DEALING WITH SKILLED CONS! BEWARE! If you go to Lynnes pack a lunch! They will keep you there all day in order for you to sign anything to just get out!! Jamaal the salesperson lied repeatedly....until the 11th hour (actually 9 hours and 40 min to be exact) when sitting with finance person to finalize purchase was when I discovered that sales tacked on another $3K to my purchase without disclosure, without notification; Pack a lunch, take notes, be alert! Lynnes Nissan’s approach is to "wait you out" so you’ll do anything to be done. In addition, when checking out the car I wanted to read the manual when Jamaal flung it into glove compartment stating "you don't need this!" when I left the dealership I had called Jamaal on his cell, something was "off" with navigation system and I didn't know how to get home. He yelled at me "I went over it with you! Weren't you paying attention?!!" Nice guyI Then again he got his sale/commission so what does he care?? I was lost for close to an hour, in asking a gentleman for directions, the random stranger was kind enough to show me the navigation system in order for me to get home. The morning after purchase I discovered that both of my keys have low battery. Jamaal assured me, as we had seen that message when showing me the car, that both key batteries were replaced, it was included in my $2,195 prep fee. A fee that no other dealership charges or has heard of! Since, I have left three (3) messages, not even one call back. Then I texted Jamaal for his assistance to make this right, again, nothing! He also promised me one (1) courtesy oil change. Again, nothing. Now I am concerned that my car will be inoperable due to both keys dying. I respectfully requested that they make arrangements with my local Nissan dealer in Queens, NY for my two (2) key battery replacements and my one (1) courtesy oil change. So far nothing! If you purchase from Lynnes Nissan, you're on your own!!!! Please be alert and ask questions! This sales staff is the epitome of a “used salesmen” mentality. Just yes them to death and get them out! At one point when I asked the finance person if something was included, he said “no” Jamaal, in front of me….said “don’t tell her that!” I thank you Giovanni for your honesty! Giovanni & Trish were the only people with decency at Lynnes and the ONLY REASON THE SALE WENT THROUGH! Sadly Giovanni & Trish are back office/finance people. The ones that clean up the mess for the dishonest, unscrupulous sales staff. Lynnes Nissan…You should re-train your staff using a moral compass. Goes way further than you know. Again, the sale would not have gone through if it weren’t for the honesty of your back office people….They should be rewarded with 50% of the commission, if not more! More
Very Satisfied. I enjoyed my car buying experience. After a while of "back n forth" (as to be expected when buying a car) I got exactly what I wanted at the price th I enjoyed my car buying experience. Do more research next time The car buying process is what you would expect from a dealership (set price, little to no wiggle room to come down on the listed price. Oh and don’t forget the totally bogus $1499 “dealer prep fee”) I came with the money in my account and paid for my vehicle in cash, the dealership didn’t really like this because they can’t make a profit off the purchase...oh well. The biggest issue was getting the plates for my vehicle. After being notified that my plates were ready to be picked up they gave me two options. Overnight ship them or pick them up in person, I choose the latter. The next morning I drove over 50 miles all the way from Orange County, NY to Bloomfield, NJ come to find they shipped my plates already. Upon asking for the tracking number they give me the wrong tracking number and insist it’s correct even though I stated it was incorrect. I told them it was a human error and asked for the computer printout of the tracking information. Turns out I the customer was right. On my way home I noticed that they shipped the plates to the incorrect address. I call back, ask to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for 8/9 minutes. The manager finally answers but tells me to call back at 1 when my sales associate returns. He failed to take responsibility for his employee and failed to acknowledge that their company made numerous errors. If I were you I would strongly reconsider doing business here. So much for a family business. While I was waiting I could see the tension between the employees, they seemed miserable themselves. More

Making an appointment to look at a car is pointless, as we wasted two Saturdays in a row sitting around the dealership waiting for them to have the car ready when it was supposed to be. When we finally got to see and drive the car we were told it had no known issues. Upon taking it home and getting a full work up we learned of quite a number of issues that should have been apparent to any reputable mechanic or dealer. Now trying to get these issues taken care of, the manager is suddenly "in meetings" and unable to speak with us anytime we try to contact him. They have been stringing us along for weeks and it's looking like if we want this taken care of quickly we will soon have to involve our lawyer. Save yourself the time and money. More
Damaged my Car - Did oil change and only put in 1.5 quarts I took my car for the first free oil change after buying a Volkswagen Jetta from Lynne's and it was a disaster. I called the day prior to being scheduled for the oil change to verify they has the parts as I live 40 minutes away and was told of course we have the parts. I drive all the way there and they did not have the parts and I had to reschedule the oil change. I wasted time and gas driving there for nothing and had to go back a week later. I did get the oil change, which took 3 hours, but when I picked up my car the oil change light was still on in the car. The mechanic said it was not a big deal and reset the system. Six months after I had the oil change my car was not running well and was making all kind of strange noises. I went to the Volkswagen dealer and was told the car was 3 quarts low on oil and the car only takes 4.5 quarts of oil. I only had 1.5 quarts of oil in my car! I was not burning oil and there were no leaks. The mechanic at the dealer told me the only way this could happen is when I had the oil change they did not put enough oil in my car and the system was reset to think the current level of oil was the correct amount. I was furious as I was told that driving for 6 months with 3 quarts low on oil, with only 1.5 quarts in the car, probably caused permanently damaged my engine in the car. I called the service department to speak to the manager of Lynne's but he was not in. At this point I expect them to do nothing about this problem but I sure will not be going to Lynne's again as they cant even do an oil change correctly and have damaged the engine of my car. More

After leaving my car at the Lynnes service center, I didn't get a call saying that my car would be kept overnight OR that it would take a WEEK to fix. I had to call to get an update on my car. Shouldn't they be calling ME? It was great that this issue was covered under warranty, but I was also left without a car that I'm paying monthly for! I was told by the service department that I would be able to get a free rental until the repairs were made on my vehicle. It's been two days since I dropped off my car and still no rental. No one follows up with me or has the decency to call me back and update me on my vehicle and/or rental vehicle. Not only am I NOT buying out this 2017 Rogue at the end of the lease, but I'm strongly considering taking my business somewhere else. The service is unacceptable. More
