March 22nd Chris in Finance stated he would look into who has the check and send it out. Saturday 4/16, we were at Nissan to finance a vehicle and Chris stated he would look into it and overnight the check. Doug also stated he would look into where the check is. Chris is never at work to answer questions. It's been over a month since the check was mailed and it still has not been sent to the bank. Issue 2: we went to purchase a vehicle at 1030am Saturday morning. When we walked in I told Mike M. what vehicle I was interested in. At around 330, Chris in finance asked me if I test drove the vehicle- the only thing we had done between 1030am and 33pm was fill out 1 form. I at 500 I was still waiting to test drive the vehicle when they decided to tell me the vehicle had 2 down payments on it already and it could not be sold. We did end up leaving with a car, not a car I wanted, a bit more per month when gap and warranty were added on. I gave them 2 stars bc the vehicles are reliable but the service is terrible. They are not honest or forthcoming. They put other customers before us even though we had gotten there earlier and had an appointment. This will be the last time we go to Lynne's Nissan for a vehicle. The overall purchasing experience is terrible. More
After having gone to few Nissan dealers, I ended up at Lynne's Nissan were I bought my previous Nissan Altima. The Experience was very pleasant and I will definitely will go back again when it is time to Lynne's Nissan were I bought my previous Nissan Altima. The experience at Lynne's Nissan was very pleasant. I went in to purchase a car and drove home with the car I wanted. Moe the sales rep was very professional. Do not waste your time! Biggest SCAMMERS ever! George, the used sales floor manager is condescending and nasty. The advertised price of the vehicle we test drove was almost almost $17,000. What we did not expect was $4,000 in “fees” one of which was a $1,995 “insurance“ fee. It covers tears in the seats or broken glass should something happen to the vehicle during the period you have your loan. I told George we did not want the coverage - he very nastily told us we had no choice and if we didn’t like it we could leave. He said it was how the dealership makes their money. Sure - by charging people for so they may never use!!! We initially negotiated $700 off the cost of the vehicle (before we knew about the additional $4000 in fees) and when I mentioned I submitted my information on their website for the additional $500 off the price they told me they would not honor it. Needless to say we left. How can you trust their vehicles if they are lying left and right about their business practices? A $16,000 vehicle ended up with a $21,000 price tag for a 2013 Ford. Not happening. BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER - steer clear of them unless you like being treated poorly. More

Froncel, along with the sales and finance managers provided a no nonsense approach to pricing the new vehicle and my trade. To boot, they beat the prices I was given by a couple of other dealers. I was in and out within 90 minutes. If you need a new car, it is definitely worth the trip to Lynnes! More
