Rec'd e-mail from Overstock.com about regular home stuff, and saw they had a NEW CARS link. Hit it and entered info about Altima I was looking to buy, and almost bought on Saturday, but didn't due to BS at A and saw they had a NEW CARS link. Hit it and entered info about Altima I was looking to buy, and almost bought on Saturday, but didn't due to BS at Atlantic Auto Mall close to my hometown in West Islip, NY...first, an outright lie about invoice price, followed by BS negotiations and trying to rope me into a higher finance rate which I wouldn't pay even if I were homeless... Got replies from Overstock that included an insanely low price for a 2010 Altima. I rec'd e-mail from, and replied to Shaunte that if this offer is "real" I would be buying the car today. Their offer was way under invoice price, and $1000 less than the best offer I rec'd...even from the most legit Nissan dealer on LI, that being 112 Nissan in Patchogue/Medford. I couldn't believe the price, and just KNEW there had to be a catch. I practically begged Shaunte to tell me this was "real" to the point she pro'lly thought I was nuts, but I told her I didn't want to take the 100 mile round trip only to be told that their "real" price was a thou or two more. So I took the trip with Dad, and was told Shaunte left for the day, but that Michael could help me. He was awesome. Courteous, patient, and most of all, what Shaunte and I discussed throughout the day was indeed honored!!! Thank you for keeping your word, Lynne's! I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for the best deal on an "overstocked" Nissan! -Kevin in NB/NY More

I WAS TOLD TO SEE DON CHITTUM FROM MY REP AND WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS LIKE SEEING A OLD FRINED HE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH NO PRESSURE. THE PRICES HE DID GIVE WERE A LITTLE HIGHER THEN OTHER PLACES NOT BY MUCH. I WAS WILLING TO BUY THERE BECAUSE THE WAY THEY TREATED ME. DON CHITTUM EVEN DELIVERED THE CAR TO MY HOUSE FOR ME AND PICKED UP MY TRADE AND GAVE ME A GIFT. THIS A WAS A CLASS ACT DEALERSHIP. DO NOT HESISTATE AND GO THERE AND ASK FOR DON CHITTUM HE IS HONEST AND UPFRONT WITH YOU AND THE SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO GO THERE...... MIKE MCNALLY More
Lynnes Nissan in Bloomfield has to have been one of the most welcoming, friendly, and easy going dealer I have ever visited. I bought two car from this dealer. From the moment I called their sales department I was please with the employees product knowledge and price quote that I was given. When I arrived for my appointment the price did not change everything that the rep said over the phone matched when I was there. The dealer is so nice and located in a very comfortable area for my family and I. There is a reason why this dealer has been around since 1953! All in all as their moto goes "I did drive home happy!" Thanks Lynnes =) More
I was in the market for a new Subaru Forester, so my wife and I went over to Lynnes. They requested to punch in our personal information (phone, address, and other) before they even took us out to the parki and I went over to Lynnes. They requested to punch in our personal information (phone, address, and other) before they even took us out to the parking lot! I cordially declined, but when it came to wanting to test-drive a car, they flat out refused unless they had all of our personal info in the computer. Normally a photocopy of the license suffices, but not here. I declined again, and they walked away without any hesitation. From that point on, the decision was easy - I am never returning to Lynnes Subaru. In fact, we went to Hudson Subaru and bought a car there two days later; fairly and without any hassle! More
Sam was simply confrontational and we refused to deal with him. Craig was helpful and during the test drive let the car sell itself. But when it came to the financial discussion it was the usual anti-cus with him. Craig was helpful and during the test drive let the car sell itself. But when it came to the financial discussion it was the usual anti-customer situation of playing the four-square scam, and while they advertise their email address, they insisted on only discussing financials at the dealership, which a busy working parent simply doesn't have time for. I called Lynnes Nissan about a Titan they had listed on their web site and Auto Trader. They told me that they had it and I could come see it. I saddled up for the long ride and headed out with my wife wh their web site and Auto Trader. They told me that they had it and I could come see it. I saddled up for the long ride and headed out with my wife who's 9 months pregnant. I called again about 20 miles into it to ensure that the car was available and advised them of my wife's situation and that I didn't want to drive that far if there were issues with showing the vehicle, I was assured it was good to go... I then called again about 50 miles in and again it was reported to be on site and ready to see. I called two more times during the drive to get directions, ensure the dealership I was coming and make an appointment with a salesman, all the while being told the truck was available. So I drove 100 miles (literally) to see the Titan that I was told was there 4 different times by 3 different people. The truck I was going to see was listed on the web for $16,900 which was about what I was looking to spend. I was given directions to the wrong dealership (they have two) but got that rectified and only lost about 45 minutes so I was not too worried about that. After my 3+ hour drive, my wife and I arrived and was immediately told by the salesman that the vehicle was sold the day prior, BUT they just happened to have another Titan on the lot that was "much nicer and loaded," that they'd "make me a great deal on." That truck was listed on their site for $24,200 which was WAY more than I was looking to spend which I told him right off the bat. Can you see where this is going? BAIT AND SWITCH! So as aggravated as I was I kept an open mind thinking that these people would make it right and make me a good deal on this other truck (which I already told them was more than my budget allowed). Knowing my situation, the salesman assured me they would "take care of me." I maintained my sanity and civility and never once let on that I was aggravated by what was clearly building up to be some serious dishonest salesmanship. I looked at the "other" Titan which was indeed nice, but was in miserable condition for what it was being listed for. Numerous amenities and items inside the truck did not work, the CEL light was on and there were actually parts missing from the interior among other things. With all that, I still maintained my interest and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they'd make me a fair deal not only for my trouble, but because they seemed like genuine people. I tried very hard to give them an opportunity to not only make a sale, but to make it right and fair for both of us. After about an hour of back and fourth negotiations the salesman made what I thought was an offer of $22,500 to which I responded with $22,000 but was most likely willing to take his offer had they promised to fix the issues with the truck before I took delivery. Keep in mind, I'm already $5000 over my budget and $5000 over what I was going to see. That's when arrogant "I'll get this deal done" King Ding a Ling sales manager comes over and actually increases the price to $23,900. No apologies for my run around, not one! The guy couldn't even look me in the eye. He was so unprofessional that my wife was actually nauseous from him. Aside from the smug and trite attitude, his opinion of "taking care of me" was to take $300 off of the asking price... That's what I get for my trouble, $300 off the asking price which was already a couple thousand over Edmund's TMV and KBB. All this after the guy goes on and on about how they never bait people into coming into the store because "they don't need to do that." They don't "drag people into the store like that," "we're a family owned business and we don't do that or need to." So basically he tells me that they don't make mistakes, so it must have been my fault then??? He goes on to tell me that if I won't pay $23,900 for the truck that I didn't even come to see, there's just nothing they can do for me with anything on their lot. "Leave your number and I'll call you if we get something in that fits your needs." LOL, yeah because you did such a great job for me, that I'm going to drive back up there 100 miles one way, to give you my business??? That's how arrogant and smug these guys are. These people are scam artists. People that do business like this are the reason why no one trusts car dealers. I couldn't even get an apology for the inconvenience, seriously I asked for water and was given directions to their "kitchen" where I had to find a cup and get it out of the faucet... Steer clear people, STEER CLEAR! Bad business, unprofessional and dishonest! More
Once you buy the car, you can forget about getting good service. I called there several times for an oil change, they put you on hold and NEVER come back. After my 3rd call and holding for over 6 minutes service. I called there several times for an oil change, they put you on hold and NEVER come back. After my 3rd call and holding for over 6 minutes for the third time, I then called back again and got into an argument with the service manager. He told me they are short on help and don't have enough employee's to cover the service phones. CAN YOU imagine that? Then they have the nerve to wonder why you're so upset after you've spent all that money on a car. Horrible Customer Service.. Horrible. IF YOU DO HAVE TO GO THERE, ASK FOR ANTHONY~! HE'S THE ONY ONE WHO KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. More
I went there looking for a new car. They were friendly enough... to others on the phone. The sales associate I went with was texting and talking on the phone the entire time. Lacked professionalism. He wa enough... to others on the phone. The sales associate I went with was texting and talking on the phone the entire time. Lacked professionalism. He was a friendly guy, but way too casual and disinterested. I only dealt with him and his manager, so I refrain from saying the entire dealership, but from what I saw was that it was all like that. The prices were way too high and they tried scamming me from the start More

I visited Lynnes Nissan West thinking to possibly buy a frontier; took one for a test ride, as they did with my trade. Any way there was no deal made that day. Five days latter my toyota started missing, a frontier; took one for a test ride, as they did with my trade. Any way there was no deal made that day. Five days latter my toyota started missing, and getting progressively worse through the day. When I took it to the mechanic, he found four loose spark plugs. The heads of that vehicle have not been touched for at least two years. I find it impossible to believe they worked loose with out a little help and do believe most people that know a little about auto will agree. More
