First they charged me extra money because I have a different state licence then I had problem with registration and tag (I had to wait on them to get my tag more than a month) so I drove the car with different state licence then I had problem with registration and tag (I had to wait on them to get my tag more than a month) so I drove the car with temporary tag more than a month and got a ticket for expired temporary tag, I took my ticket to them, first they (Jay Cheek) said they are responsible and will pay it but they did not. Then I got an another letter from DMV after 2 weeks that was saying I had to pay $ 330 otherwise they would suspend my licence. I went to dealership with the letter. They denied everything and did not want to listen to me. Then manager Rich Catalano showed up, While I was trying to explain the situation, he was playing with his phone. I told him "I am talking, you got to respect and listen, not playing with the phone" Then he told me so what, you are going to fight with me. You know I can kick you out here in a minute if I want to" I told him it will not be necessary and left the dealership, I contacted BBB and got my money from them for difference of tax they charged me but since they were irresponsible and rude I will never go over there again and tell all my friends not to any business with them!!! More
Upon entering Lynnes Subaru, everyony was friendly and courteous. My wife and I had an appointent with Michael Mais. We had spoken earlier of the car we wanted, which had to be order. Upon picking up our new car, Mr. Mais was kind enough to give us a tutorial on all aspects of the vehicle, including bluetooth, navigation system, and all the other features and aspects of the vehicle. I have purchased several vehicles throughout my life at different dealerships, But the experience we had with Lynne's Subaru has to be the best. Ray Reddock was courteous, patient and friendly. All my questions were answered, and he proved to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Went here to lease a Subaru. Was turning in another lease. Salesman "Abe" started out by asking me if my husband knew I was there. That should have clued me in to go elsewhere. I like Subarus; there is no problem with the car-- but I was told by Abe I would not have a payment until Nov. 1st. Got the bill in the mail due October 1st, and now Abe does not return my calls. Avoid this dealer. More

These employees of LYNNES NISSAN exhibited the willingness to run customers out the front door should the customer refuse the initial offer. They literally told me to 'go and buy the car you want elsewhere - if I could find it.' More
