Customer Service is amazing, I am sure that all the reps there are great, but if you can....Go for Otto. There is no sales pressure or pitch they work with you to find the best car for your needs and make recommendations based upon what you tell them, not on what they want to sell to you. Joe the finance guy was also awesome, I forgot that I was buying car and thought I was hanging with friends. This is an amazing dealership and great sales experience. More

I bought and paid cash for a used 2007 Pontiac G6 I was told at time of purchase that everything was perfect. However after two weeks I have had to replace a tire for 185.00 and spent an entire after I was told at time of purchase that everything was perfect. However after two weeks I have had to replace a tire for 185.00 and spent an entire afternoon at the dealer waiting to repair the A/C that they said worked. If this is mint I would be afraid to ask for their lesser priced used cars. The salesman, Chris Harris conveniently made sure when we viewed the vehicle we could not see their was a hole in the drivers seat that they would not fix the seat because they said the car was sold "as is". The hinge between the bottom of the seat and the seat back was ripping through the seat and their is a hole in the seat cover and the foam is ripped. That's going to cost about 300.00 to fix. I can understand the concept of "as is" means take it without any additional repairs but at least let us know what is REALLY wrong with the car. When we went to see the car the left front tire was flat and they told me it was because they intentionally do that so cars do not get stolen from their lot. A week later I was replacing it for 185.00. They lie, I don't know how they are with new cars so I can't comment but stay away from. I can't wait to see what I will be repairing next!!! More

Expect the unexpected! Me and my mother initially went in with questions on trading in her 2010 Toyota Yaris, She had got the car back in 2013 as a starter car after being Me and my mother initially went in with questions on trading in her 2010 Toyota Yaris, She had got the car back in 2013 as a starter car after being without a license for 20 years. But she was paying $400 per month on a 5 year old car that she had for 2 years. So we get to Lynnes and it was very positive and pleasant from the minute we got there! The cookout on the lot really caught my mother's attention as well lol! So we just basically state what would the requirements be to trade this car in that she was still paying on. So the salesmen David got all the information and what turned into an inquiry turned into a purchase. So after 5 hrs we left off the lot with a 2015 Nissan Sentra that we are in love with, Dave was a very kind considerate and passionate, hilarious dealer. He made this transaction very smooth for my mother. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More
