Worst car dealership ever We had the worst experience buying a car at this delearship. We went in to buy a new Nissan Murano on Friday. They had us test drive a fully loaded ca We had the worst experience buying a car at this delearship. We went in to buy a new Nissan Murano on Friday. They had us test drive a fully loaded car with sun roof and all. We said that we want a car exactly like the one we test drove with all the same features. They had us sign papers and fix financing, however the car they sold to us did not have a sunroof or any other features. My husband had to go back and return the can we just bought and re do the entire process to get the car we wanted. It took us close to 7 hrs to buy a car . When we got the car that we wanted they asked us to come back again the next day to give us the registration sticker. Apparently their staff had already left so we had to drive another 45 mins the next day to get the sticker. When we came back we realized that the tenor car feature was not working. They would not look at the issue and asked us to come back again on Monday to get it fixed. So it takes anywhere from 2-3 days to buy the car you want from this dealership. I would not recommend these people To anyone. More

I really wasn't intending to buy that day, but she consulted with Tony Cipriani, Sales Manager, and they met my specific financial needs and terms and there was no reason to delay the purchase. I am a six time leaser and have been with Subaru for over 15 years. More
Too pricey, coupon is worthless, they will rip you off! If you buy a subaru at Lynns, do not service it here. $90+ TAX for an oil change and a half assed car wash. But what gets me is the coupons they send by mail or e-mail $49.99 for oil change and tire rotation good deal right? WRONG, it's for cars that use regular oil?!?! What newer Subaru uses regular oil? with 25k you want to change my coolant?!?! I don't think so. Follow the maintance schedule from the manufacture, don't let service dictate what service they feel you need. More
