So t Ibrihim AKA Abe was my sales associate, I shopped for a car and bought a car from Lynnes Nissan. I posted this on google, Yellow Pages and Yelp. So that others won't be lied and stolen from. Abe from the sales department at Lynnes Nissan, lied and misled me on a number of occasions. I thought well it's just one incident and didn't make a big deal of it. When purchasing the vehicle he flashed the Car Fax and said, see its clean and trust me you're going to love this car and you can drive it later. He said, we have to hurry to get the sale approved for the ending month (Year End). He said, that the car I was buying is the only one that will be approved based on my credit history. He said, he reserved the car for his daughter. The car I purchased did not have a clean record, it cost me thousands to repair. When I needed to fix a fender, my insurance company wouldn't help me because they said that the car was salvaged. All of the lies were confirmed when I checked with a friend from the auto business who I was also entertaining consideration from buying from. He told me that the same company gave him the approval and I needed to be under a certain number not a particular car. I was lied to, I was put into car that I believed was the only one I could get financed under leaving me desperate and probably the car I bought was one they had to move. Instead I saw cars in the lot that were more to my liking at better prices. Because of my bad credit, I understand that my financing charges will be very high. I wound up paying double the price on the car, not including the deposit. When I asked about it Abe said that "you like the car, you can handle the payment right that's all that matters, you can pay it early and avoid the interest charges". "You wouldn't be driving if you declined it. I called about my extended warranty and asked if I was getting an ID card, he said "wait for it in the mail". I called again and he started putting me on hold without answering. When I called back I was told he left for the day. When I came into the showroom, he said he spoke to his manager, but the deposit is nonrefundable, and I wouldn't get bought because this returning a vehicle is bad for my credit. I never got the ID cards for the warranty. What I found out is that instead of my warranty being in the highest tier, it was the base and I was paying the same price as the highest level. The finance agent, wouldn't take my calls, I went into the showroom he was never there. I left messages. I went in to see the sales manager and I waited an hour and then was told he is on lunch. This is a big time scheme. I call it lying and stealing. I write this not motivated by revenge but hope that nobody else is deceived as I was. More

I sh As a former Toyota customer, I was hesitant about other models. When I entered the dealership, Otto promptly asked if he could be of assistance. I shared my interests and was given the time to consider without being pressured. Still nervous I followed up. The red carpet was rolled out for me. It was an experience I've never gotten from other dealerships in all my years of purchasing vehicles. More
Stay away from Lynne's Subaru! I went in on a slow afternoon looking to test drive a 2014 Forester. Saleswoman was nice enough and before I test drove, she started crunching numbers with me. I thought it was a little strange that she suggested I add the certification when it showed it being certified already, but continued with her nonetheless. Right before we went to drive the vehicle, she gave me a piece of paper that she referred to as the Carfax report. We went to look at the car, and I immediately saw many dents on the hood. I commented about them and then took for a drive. I liked the way it drove and told her that if it weren't for the dents, I'd be interested. Fast forward to me ready to leave, and manager comes out and says he will have dents fixed and to think about it and call if I wanted to leave deposit. I called the manager next day and said I was ready to leave deposit but was still little concerned about dents. He said there was no record of accident so whatever happened was minor. Well, that night, feeling excited about my soon to be new car, I checked the Carfax (which I stupidly should have done prior to test driving it) and was shocked to see that the vehicle had been in 2 accidents! I immediately emailed the manager and the sales woman and didn't hear back from them at all the following day. I called the dealership twice and kept getting the runaround from the secretary. Finally, my husband called and acted very friendly to the secretary and asked to speak to my sales woman, and magically, she was immediately available even though I had called prior and she was busy with a customer…the saleswoman acted completely surprised to hear about the accidents. She put hubby back on with secretary who assured him charge would be dropped within 2-3 business days. That is where I am at now. In short, the 2 individuals I dealt with and the secretary were liars and trying to pull fast one and make a sale. I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership! More
Poor customer service I called to schedule a test drive a car I saw online. When I came into the dealership the front desk had no idea who I was. The salesman took 20 minut I called to schedule a test drive a car I saw online. When I came into the dealership the front desk had no idea who I was. The salesman took 20 minutes to find the car in the lot. I asked the salesman if he knew I was coming and he said "no." The salesman seemed to have poor understanding of the car I was looking to buy. He bragged about not needing to get up from his desk when new clients walk through the door. I ended up buying a slightly more expensive car from a different dealership JUST because the customer service was so much better. I would not recommend going to this dealership. More

Those trucks are fairly rare and even a close friend of mine who is a Nissan salesman couldn't find me one nearby. I drove three hours with my wife and two small children to arrive at the dealership only to hear that someone was on a test drive of that truck at that very moment! I was a bit annoyed and skeptical to learn that, but Tom H, my salesman said that nothing is set in stone until at least a deposit is in place. He knew I wanted a manual and didn't try to sell me something else. We just patiently waited for the truck to come back and went about it like a normal sale. Part of the way through I learned fortunately that the other buyer dropped out, and I never felt like they used that to their advantage (although it added some anxiety to the beginning of the sale). They honored the Internet price and I didn't try to get them down any further, but they did add a shady "maintenance fee" of $450 directly to the price of the vehicle (separate from tax, tags, title, etc). Tom said that it is normally $900 and he got his manager to cut it in half. It was the only blemish on an otherwise pleasant experience. He and his finance manager worked quickly to get everything straightened out and made sure I would leave with the vehicle that day. They sent me some paperwork needed to get my out of state plates about a week later and I got my plates overnighted about another week after that. Overall Tom H was very pleasant to work with and made the transaction as smooth as possible for an out of state buyer with a wife, a small child, and a baby. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in NJ or the surrounding states. The truck has been awesome so far! More

Upon arrival at Lynnes Nissan, we were made to feel very welcome without any pressure that one normally gets at a car dealership. Our salesperson, Paulette, couldn't be nicer. We told her we wanted to look at the Rogue. Initially, my wife was interested in the older model, the (still new) 2015 Rogue Select. Paulette showed us what the new model Rogue that was on the floor and the older Rogue Select that was in their lot. Since my wife couldn't decide which style she preferred, Paulette offered to take us to the inventory lot so we could compare the 2 and see the different colors and options first hand. After walking around a bit on the lot, my wife found exactly what she wanted. The Rogue Select had a rear window that was too small so she decided on the newer version, the 2016 Rogue S. The exterior color, the interior color, the options (and lack thereof that she didn't want) was right there waiting for us. After very little hesitation, my wife decided that would be her next car. We returned to the dealership to work the numbers. The first offer was the right one. No need to haggle at all. Plus Nissan was offering 0% interest so we were basically going to use their money for nothing for the length of the finance period. It was a no-brainer. While we were at Paulette's desk, Jay the sales manager went over the deal with us to make sure we were totally satisfied and to answer any questions we had. Sam the finance guy was the last person we met with to sign the finance paperwork. Each person we dealt with was genuinely concerned that we got what we wanted and were happy with the experience. They really went the extra mile to make us satisfied. When we asked when we would be able to pick up the car, we were pleasantly surprised to hear that we would be driving it home that day. We arrived at the dealership around 4 pm and were completed and on the way home before 7! We went to look and ended up driving home with a new car! I cannot remember a more pleasurable car buying experience in my 42 years of driving. We highly recommend Lynnes Nissan in Bloomfield NJ to anyone looking for a stressless, enjoyable and fairly priced car buying adventure. More
