Very easy to get an appoint for the recall. I did take 1 star away for the valet service. The valet could not find my car yet it was right there in the front (I had to point it out to him). As he was about to pull my car our another customer pulled in to leave their car for service and instead of asking him to back up for a few seconds he told me to wait while he checked in the other customer's car. No respect for my time. More
