I've come back to this dealership since my last experience (back in 2012) and my family and I still rate this as THE BEST in the North Jersey area. Lynnes Hyundai in Bloomfield has a treasure with their top rated sale force and the #1 sales person I have ever dealt with - Joe Cassese. Joe and his manager, Semos, are still TRUE to their word and delivered on every aspect of the deal! Joe not only did wonders with us but I watched his interaction with other customers and they hang on his every word. He has the respect of the public when it comes to his awesome product knowledge. Along with Semos, they worked undauntingly with everyone that entered the dealership. It was assuring when I saw other returning customers while I was there; I knew this must be the way most are treated and 2 years later, it still holds true. Give them a shot...... Went to lynnes and was greeted by joe casesse. I told him we were at 2 other Hyundai dealerships that day and we didn't want to haggle . He assured us he would do his best to get us best deal and after intro we were at 2 other Hyundai dealerships that day and we didn't want to haggle . I purchased a used vehicle on 11/23/2014 and traded in my then current vehicle. They lost my original paperwork for the odometer statement and had to make an additional trip back to the dealer.They promised then current vehicle. They lost my original paperwork for the odometer statement and had to make an additional trip back to the dealer.They promised me my plates would be mailed to me since I live quite a distance away but never received them. I had to drive to the dealer (2 hours away) and was told they're waiting on the title. I then found out that they had yet to pay off my trade in which is why they didn't have the title. Long story short, they have now taken OVER 60 days to pay off my trade in and I now have a mark on my credit that I have had to endure numerous phone calls between my old leasing company and Lynne's to resolve. It took a threat of legal action to get anyone moving at Lynne's. I would not recommend this dealer to ANYONE!!! For a so called 5 star dealership, they are purely concerned with the sale and not the after sale. Shame on them. More

I had a great buying experience at Lynnes Hyundai and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. They had the used vehicle I was looking for with the lowest mileage and best would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future. They had the used vehicle I was looking for with the lowest mileage and best price of anything I had seen. Their dealership was a bit of a ride for me and Sam and Albert were happy to work with me over the phone to guarantee that I would not make a wasted trip. When I arrived at the dealership, Sam was friendly and helpful and even put the truck I was buying up on the lift in the shop so that I could fully examine it. He gave me an excellent price and spent a good deal of time working out all of the details so that I could drive home with my vehicle that same day. Sam even made sure to have the truck freshly detailed and fueled up while we were waiting for registration and insurance documents to come through. The staff at Lynnes is friendly and accommodating and they go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I would gladly take the drive to buy from them again. More
