I wasn't sure if I was ready to lease a new car. I knew if I was going to give up my old car, I would have to fall in love with another. I test drove an Elantra, then a Sonata. I still wasn't sure. We walked around the lot of cars and I was able to sit in and preview different ones. I am happy to say that I leased a 2014 Harbor Gray Metallic Sonata. I absolutely love it!! I thank Jose for his professionalism and help. He even assured me that if I had any questions or problems to call him. That makes me feel secure and happy that I went to Lynne's Hyundai because of the care I received. More
Will NEVER do business here again! It's been one month since I purchased my pre-owned vehicle from Lynnes-Hyundai in Bloomfield. I couldn't be more unhappy with their Customer Service. It's been one month since I purchased my pre-owned vehicle from Lynnes-Hyundai in Bloomfield. I couldn't be more unhappy with their Customer Service. I had issues with the car and was at the dealership 5 times in a two week span. It wasn't until the 6th visit that my issues were resolved with the Service Dept Manager, Roger. It's been one month and my car loan from my previous car still has NOT BEEN PAID OFF, my car payment is past due on the car I traded into Lynnes and now I have the bank on my xxx! I haven't received my plates and my temporary plates will be expiring in a couple of days. My first experience at Lynnes was 2 years ago with Joe Cassesse, he is a wonderful salesman and if I had gone to him in the first place, I would never have had these issues! I will not return to Lynnes in the future and I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone!!! Good luck leaving a message for your salesman because the call (s) will never be returned! You'll have a higher chance of meeting Jesus Christ! Shame on you Hyundai and Lou! 6th visit to their service department More
My purchasing experience was great cause I delt with John Foster & Glen Navarro. Nightmare begins when called to come in and get plates and registration. Printed on my registration the color was incorrect. See my brand new car is Silver & they listed it as White. I informed my sales rep. John and he immediately got on the phone to the DMV section who handles Lynnes Hyundai's registrations, titles, etc. He spoke with Lucy Correa who stated to him that this was ok because the vin # was correct. I informed both that it was not ok with me & that I wanted a new registration listing the Correct Exact color of my new car. Lucy stated to John it would take another 2 weeks. I agreed to wait for the corrected registration. After 3 weeks of Not hearing anything from them I called back in to the dealership and spoke with a manager named Al who I will say tried at that moment to help, to no avail. Now Al tells me that they need the original title with the incorrect color mailed back to them. Now I financed my car through my credit union who informed them and myself that they NEVER received a title cause they should have received one within that time period. So again, I am told that it will take another 2 weeks to received this corrected registration. After waiting 2 MONTHS and hearing nothing again I call asking where is my registration now I cant get anyone to answer my calls or help with the problem they have created for me. So I called my sales rep. again John and he has tried everything in his power to help me but his hands are tied because of the lazy uncaring individual named Lucy Correa who works for the DMV and is now stating that she need some type of authorization from my finance company to make the corrections, (when the xxxx were they going to contact me and tell me this)? Long story short I still do not have a registration or title for this car that I am no longer happy with. Note: I have notified the Office of the Attorney General Division of Consumer Affairs Office of Consumer Protection, of this problem and also notified the supervisor of Lucy Correa. Waiting to hear what will it take to receive a registration for this car. Beware, once you purchase a car from Lynnes Hyundai, Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield, NJ you are nothing to them, you mean nothing to them, & they dont wont give a xxxx about you. If I could I would take the car back and go some where else to buy a car. Very unhappy now. More
All I can say is STAY AWAY. I shopped 7 to 10 Hyundai dealerships in NY and NJ and by far Lynnes Hyundai is the worst. Their deceptive practices were like no other. The biggest issue is that they quote dealerships in NY and NJ and by far Lynnes Hyundai is the worst. Their deceptive practices were like no other. The biggest issue is that they quoted us one price over the phone. Before heading to NJ from NY, we said we do not want to play around and that the price is appealing. I further asked whether the price quoted did not factor in the 3 Hyundai discount (own a Hyundai, student or armed services). They confirmed it is the price void of discounts. I also wanted to make sure I would not work with anyone else but the person I spoke to over the phone. When we got to the dealership they said the quote was based on their 3 criteria discount. They also did the switch-a-rooney and gave me another dealership. At that point, I screamed at them and made sure all other clients heard me call them liars as I stormed out of the dealership. I was so happy to see another client walk out five minutes after me. Buyer save yourself the time, do not bother shopping there. More

I've come back to this dealership since my last experience (back in 2012) and my family and I still rate this as THE BEST in the North Jersey area. We have purchased multiple cars and this latest experience has topped what I thought was the best I have been associated with before. Lynnes Hyundai in Bloomfield has a treasure with their top rated sale force and the #1 sales person I have ever dealt with - Joe Cassese. Joe and his manager, Semos, are still TRUE to their word and delivered on every aspect of the deal! Joe not only did wonders with us but I watched his interaction with other customers and they hang on his every word. He has the respect of the public when it comes to his awesome product knowledge. Along with Semos, they worked undauntingly with everyone that entered the dealership. It was assuring when I saw other returning customers while I was there; I knew this must be the way most are treated and 2 years later, it still holds true. Give them a shot...... I KNOW my experience was not an isolated event. Its the norm when it comes to this dealership. More
