I went to Lynne's dealer for a recall to upgrade a software on my car. After an hour and a half they told me that the car was ready but the car's gear couldn't shift they took back the car to the shop software on my car. After an hour and a half they told me that the car was ready but the car's gear couldn't shift they took back the car to the shop. After I waited for about an hour they told me that they have to keep the car until the next day. So as usual they didn't have an spare car that I could drive. Very poor service. More

Incompetent staff members who can't follow directions and then say they can't replicate the issue or that they fixed the issue when they did not. I left precise instructions on how to replicate the issue and then say they can't replicate the issue or that they fixed the issue when they did not. I left precise instructions on how to replicate the issue and I told them what needed to be fixed with my wiper arms and they could not do either. On top of that, someone tried to tell me that the reason my transmission was behaving weird is because I lowered my car. I cannot trust a dealer that cannot follow instructions or a dealer that has the audacity to claim my transmission issues are because the car is lowered. That's not how things work and the issues were present way before I even lowered the car. Oh and on top of that, they were trying to tell me my wiper arms are bent and that I'll need new ones. They are not bent. More
