Liars and thieves I was quoted an on line prices and confirmed it again before coming in. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY PRO-RATED REFUND FROM A VEHICLE I BOUGHT THERE SINCE DECEMBER. I HAVWE BEEN SPEAKING WITH THE FINANCE MGR. SINCE THEN AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY PRO-RATED REFUND FROM A VEHICLE I BOUGHT THERE SINCE DECEMBER. I HAVWE BEEN SPEAKING WITH THE FINANCE MGR. SINCE THEN AND HAVE FAXED HIM ALL THE INFORMATION AFTER A WEEK POSSIBLY MORE I CONTACTED HIM AGAIN AND HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITHIN THE HOUR. NEEDLESS TO SAY HE NEVER DID CALLED HIM BACK A FEW DAYS LATER AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD CHECK WITH THEIR OFFICE AND HE WOULD CALL ME BACK BY THE END OF THE DAY, HERE WE ARE ALMOST MARCH AND STILL NO CALL BACK. I CALLED TODAY FEB. 25 TH AND HE IS VERY BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS BECAUSE IT IS SATURDAY. JULIE TOZZO HAS A VERY NICE ARTICLE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE MAYBE SHE SHOULD START BYT CHECKING ON HER STAFF.
