I had a very unpleasant experience with a salesman and I had to walked away after I felt taken advantage. After a nice conversation on the phone and plenty of good promises in regard my trade in, price had to walked away after I felt taken advantage. After a nice conversation on the phone and plenty of good promises in regard my trade in, price set and sales taxes to another state different than NJ. I arrived to the showroom after driven 3 1/2 hours ready to seal the deal but from the very welcoming I noticed such unwelcoming environment. The salesman made comments that he wasn't willing to help me out on making sure taxes from MA instead of NJ are paid at the time of purchase. Also, be aware of their fine print of their cars advertised on their website before making any arrangements, prices certainly may go up about 30%. Parking there is a nightmare if you unfamiliar. You will be better off selling your trade in somewhere else. More

Went for a car and left with a car, a lease, that were very happy with. We showed up an hour before closing but didn’t feel rushed to leave or sign, which we appreciated. Such a calm and pleasant experience. The lease on my car was ending very soon and I needed to lease another. Avoid at all costs This is the worst car dealership I have even been to!! I bought a CPO Elantra from this dealership and I have had nothing but problems. The car is sha This is the worst car dealership I have even been to!! I bought a CPO Elantra from this dealership and I have had nothing but problems. The car is shaking when stopped at red lights, apple play is freezing up, the trunk opens spontaneously, and paint is chipping off in random spots. The first time I brought it in for service, it sat in the dealership for 8 hours (I called twice and no one answered) because someone "made a mistake" and needed to book me for a different type of service appointment. No one apologized and they were hostile when I tried to ask for another appointment with a loaner. After 4 weeks of waiting (they told me it would take 7-10 days), I finally got a loaner car and dropped mine for service. I got a call the next day saying they could not identify anything wrong and that if I did not pick up my car by the end of the day, they would bill me for the loaner. I tried to reach out to the manager Sam (I called 7 times and spoke to his secretary 4 times), and I was promised a call back, but he never did. Extremely unprofessional, dismissive and rude towards the customer. Fast forward 2 months and I get a call saying there was a "discrepancy" with the title of my trade-in. I was told it was my legal responsibility to pick up the paperwork from the dealer, drive to the DMV, pay a fee, then drive back to the dealership. I tried to explain to the agent that I did not understand what he was telling me and why it was my job to do this. He threatened to sue me over this! I had to go in person to speak with the manager (because he wouldn't answer the phone), and no one seemed to know what was going on. A week later I called to cancel the gap insurance, and no one would help me because the dealership was making money off of this. Again, I had to go in person and sign the form (that the manager promised to fax me twice but never did). In the middle of a conversation with me, the manager got up and walked out. This is not how a dealership should be run. The staff are rude and uncaring, and the customer is thrown around. Even if the cars are cheap, save yourself the time and stress and go anywhere else. More
