Avoid at all costs This is the worst car dealership I have even been to!! I bought a CPO Elantra from this dealership and I have had nothing but problems. The car is sha This is the worst car dealership I have even been to!! I bought a CPO Elantra from this dealership and I have had nothing but problems. The car is shaking when stopped at red lights, apple play is freezing up, the trunk opens spontaneously, and paint is chipping off in random spots. The first time I brought it in for service, it sat in the dealership for 8 hours (I called twice and no one answered) because someone "made a mistake" and needed to book me for a different type of service appointment. No one apologized and they were hostile when I tried to ask for another appointment with a loaner. After 4 weeks of waiting (they told me it would take 7-10 days), I finally got a loaner car and dropped mine for service. I got a call the next day saying they could not identify anything wrong and that if I did not pick up my car by the end of the day, they would bill me for the loaner. I tried to reach out to the manager Sam (I called 7 times and spoke to his secretary 4 times), and I was promised a call back, but he never did. Extremely unprofessional, dismissive and rude towards the customer. Fast forward 2 months and I get a call saying there was a "discrepancy" with the title of my trade-in. I was told it was my legal responsibility to pick up the paperwork from the dealer, drive to the DMV, pay a fee, then drive back to the dealership. I tried to explain to the agent that I did not understand what he was telling me and why it was my job to do this. He threatened to sue me over this! I had to go in person to speak with the manager (because he wouldn't answer the phone), and no one seemed to know what was going on. A week later I called to cancel the gap insurance, and no one would help me because the dealership was making money off of this. Again, I had to go in person and sign the form (that the manager promised to fax me twice but never did). In the middle of a conversation with me, the manager got up and walked out. This is not how a dealership should be run. The staff are rude and uncaring, and the customer is thrown around. Even if the cars are cheap, save yourself the time and stress and go anywhere else. Would NOT recommend this dealership AT ALL. David in sales "helped" me for both of my visits. He assured me multiple times that the $2495 dealer prep fee listed on the contract was already included in t sales "helped" me for both of my visits. He assured me multiple times that the $2495 dealer prep fee listed on the contract was already included in the $12,000 price I was quoted. I know there are taxes and title fees but when my loan total was adding up to over $16,000 I knew something was wrong. When I asked David again he told me the total was higher because of the interest on the loan even though I had not been quoted an interest rate. David pressured me into signing paperwork although I asked to talk to the finance manager first. He then pressured me to call GECIO and switch my insurance even though I had not finalized the paperwork. I assume all this was done to make it harder to back out once I found out the true price. Finally at around 9:30 PM the finance manager told me I could take the car and come back to sign the paperwork later since the banks were closed (red flag, google yo-yo financing). I asked him to go over the numbers with me since they weren't making sense with what David was telling me. In reality I should have walked out 2 hours previous so it's my own fault for staying so long. David was either completely misinformed (unlikely) or maliciously lying and then pressuring me to take each and every step so he could be one step closer to a sale. Within 5 seconds of talking to the finance manager the truth was clear. On top of that, I'm told that my $1000 check for my down payment that I had given them about an hour before was processed already and now I must wait up to 5 business days to get the money back. Extremely unhappy with this experience, I was honest about what I was willing to pay and would have loved to drive off the lot in that car at the advertised price but unfortunately David wasted both of our evenings by lying to me repeatedly. P.S. This is the first and only thing I have ever reviewed online, that is how furious I am about this whole process. More
Lynnes was an extremely pleasant car buying experience. I walked in with a car that wasn't in good condition, gave them my price ceiling and they met it without a second thought. The finance department d I walked in with a car that wasn't in good condition, gave them my price ceiling and they met it without a second thought. The finance department didn't try and upsell me anything I wasn't looking for, and Dominick was professional and attentive. Lynnes is one of the rare diamonds in the rough when it comes to car dealership: they want you to leave happy, not just get your money. More
