Hi Dave Nash, this should not come as a surprise to you as I have spoken with you on several occassions about the concern with my car repair. You sent an incimplete evaluation to Hyundai and refusing to address the oil consumption issue and the fact that my engine stalls on me and has stopped while I was driving it on more than one occassion, including while driving on the highway. When I spoke with the person handling my car last week she acknowledged that incomplete information was sent and asked that I send her my repair information so that a full repair history could be forwarded to Hyundai and I asked for a re-evaluation of the vehicle. Now I get a different person today telling me they are refusing to do the assessment and instead of assessing the issue threatening to charge me storage fees which I was assured, by you directly, that I would not be charged. This whole situation has been misproperly handled and I am quite a disappointed customer.

Mr. Nash, I appreciate your response and willingness to discuss the matter. However, I don’t believe it would change anything. Your dealer is a bit far from us but the only reason we chose to take our Palisades there was because my wife was told you provide a ride home for customers. That’s turned out to be not true, at least for us. The lady before us did get an Uber ride arranged for her. To make matters worse your mechanics put regular oil in our truck. We were expecting synthetic and since I wasn’t asked at the point of drop off I thought it was the default for the Palisades. Anyway, we’ll find another dealer with better customers service to try. So now we just received a letter in the mail stating that supposedly I declined the standard oil change and a multi point inspection, and looking at the paperwork handed to me the day of service it states that the oil change was done, along with a recall. Then on the same document it says the oil change and the inspection were declined. I am so confused, upset and annoyed. The ONLY reason we took out truck there was for the oil change to begin with. Now I have to find another (hopefully not incompetent) dealer and get our truck serviced properly. What a waste of time and money.

To this day, we still are not 100% this dealer actually did the work they say they did on our truck. We are looking to have the service redone and pay out of pocket for it. One thing is for sure, we will never return to this dealer.
