I leased a car with them. That went ok. The lease buyout was a different story. It felt rushed and often seemed like a bate and switch. They offered 1 bank they said was the l That went ok. The lease buyout was a different story. It felt rushed and often seemed like a bate and switch. They offered 1 bank they said was the lowest rate. That rate was much higher than the rate I got with my bank for lesser financing. They immediately lowered the rate more in line with my bank. Why didn't they just give me the lowest rate in the beginning? On top of that, they said the needed and inspection and would take 20 minutes. After a couple hours of paperwork I had to wait an additional hour to get my car back. The process was a nightmare. More
I really appreciate this location man. Again, not being from jersey, my options for mechanical help is slim. I had an emergency and Cedric did what he could to squeeze me in to be seen and Again, not being from jersey, my options for mechanical help is slim. He knew exactly what the problem was but just attempting to start my car (the starter lever was bad). I really appreciate him and his manager (Dave I believe) for assisting. Thank you guys very much!
