I called on my way there to confirm that the car had not been sold and was promised it was available. When I got there the car was nowhere to be found. 6 weeks later it is still on the website. If buying from them get a detailed invoice to avoid being upsold by several thousand dollars. Also get the price not the monthly payment to avoid being misled about what you are actually being charged. More
I unfortunately have to edit this review after having my Palisade for 4 months. They took my returned BM lease and after telling me I owed nothing, almost got me sent to collections for not paying the net r Palisade for 4 months. They took my returned BM lease and after telling me I owed nothing, almost got me sent to collections for not paying the net return fee (less the month I already paid in!) After calling MANY times trying to get more information about what occurred, I finally call to find my salesman was no longer there and was told they were "not aware the return fee was not listed in the settlement payment". They did not offer to settle the fee even though I signed an affidavit stating I did not owe anything. They promised to send me a check but a month later-- nothing. Seems like they will say whatever they need to in order to close the deal but don't follow up with good customer service. I shouldn't have to call across multiple days to get a call back! More
Went to see a vehicle I saw Online. The salesman was very friendly and respectful. We Negotiated a Deal. I was told that they would reach out to me with the final price. Waited 2 weeks. The salesman was very friendly and respectful. We Negotiated a Deal. I was told that they would reach out to me with the final price. Waited 2 weeks. I gave them a call to see what was the status of the offer. Another Gentleman said that they cannot finalize the negotiated offer because they had to fix an issue. So the marked price was the price for the vehicle. So I was still interested in the Vehicle until I was sent the breakdown expense and saw $4000 in extra fees excluding taxes and document fees. This is legal robbery. And was told the extra fees are standard. I’ve bought numerous cars from dealers and never experienced a mark up of $4000. Especially when the vehicle is almost 9 years old. Was definitely disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership. More
Hmmmm. What can I say. This is my second review and it isn’t any better than the first. I called to let them know, before they were able to get my registrat What can I say. This is my second review and it isn’t any better than the first. I called to let them know, before they were able to get my registration to me, that whoever did the pinstriping didn’t finish it on the driver’s side. They asked when could I bring it up and I told Joe, one of the manager’s, when and he said it had to be sooner than that. I said to him when the guy is ready call me the day before so I can bring it up there. Never a phone call. I also emailed James Morando about it and he said they would get it done. All this took place in August. Here it is the beginning of October and still never a phone call. Luckily I have a great place that was able to take it all off. I was so pissed at Lynne’s auto dealer. I hope the big guy Al reads these reviews. I will have no more to do with this dealership. More
Don’t fall for their deceptive sales tactics. They are the reason car salesmen have such a bad reputation. First, their online prices are 100% false. Spent my day working with Zain on an $80,000 vehicle. Offered $16,000 for my trade in ($7,000 below the KBB trade in value. I was also doing $9,000 cash down and paying taxes and registration fees out of pocket. This man had the audacity to come back to me with a financed amount of $90,000. I stopped listening at a $10,000 “reconditioning” fee for a practically new vehicle with just 13,000 miles on it. He did graciously agree to add an extra key -_- Stay away from them and if you absolutely have to purchase with them, review your documents in detail. Don’t let them fool you! There are plenty of dealers you can take your business to. More
The mixed reviews must be coming from those who are impatient or have never purchased a car during this tough economy. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for used, new or impatient or have never purchased a car during this tough economy. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for used, new or just a new dealership to check out in the area. I went in to check out a 2018 Subaru from my salesman Axel and he was nothing but professional and interpersonal. He gathered more information about me, my lifestyle and what my daily life consists of in order to create a vision of where we could meet within our negotiation and price point. At first, we both started off on two different ends on where we saw the value but his determination and willingness to work with me back and forth with our deal paid off ultimately letting us come to a fair and mutual agreement. Having a salesman who wants to see you win while also seeing getting there difficult job completed is somewhat hard to find in this day in age and I am so glad I came across Axel for my last vehicle at Lynnes Hyundai. 5 stars, don't hesitate if you've been thinking! Our experience was poor to say the least. We had a coupon for a check engine diagnostics for $99.00 straight from their website that they did not honor. We informed them of the coupon as soon We had a coupon for a check engine diagnostics for $99.00 straight from their website that they did not honor. We informed them of the coupon as soon as we spoke to somebody from the service department at the write up. Once we had the car towed in and they looked at it the guy ( Tom) on the phone said that the check engine diagnostics would be over 500 dollars just to look at the car. We didn't understand how the price could jump so high just to tell us the issue with the car. The service dept then quoted the work on the car which was not an issue. What was strange to us was the service dept doesn't have listed prices anywhere so it makes us believe the prices vary by customer and not by the work that needs to be done. We came in on a Wednesday to speak with the service dept and were told we had to wait for the guy who wrote up the work until we could get our car another. We then asked him how much it would be to take our car and he quoted $360 which was very different from Tom. We ended up paying close to 400 for them to look at the car. We had the car towed home to discover that they took the car apart (engine) and left it completely unassembled. I have taken my car to plenty of dealerships/ mechanics and have never had it returned in pieces. I would not recommend this service dept. We called to complain and never received a call back. More
