Lynn Layton Ford - Service Center

WARNING: Do not trust Lynn Layton Ford in northern Alabama to honor their coverage and warranty service. They have had my vehicle for almost three months and have been sitting on it while doing nothin Alabama to honor their coverage and warranty service. The dealership where I bought the car has tried multiple times to contact them and had had to leave messages that they have refused to return even to give status reports. And this is far from the only issue I've heard about with them sitting in warranty repairs while the vehicle owners continue to have to make payments on a vehicle they can't drive or accrue further debt on said vehicle because Lynn Layton Ford lacks the integrity to deal with warranty coverage in a timely manner. And I fully intend to warn others elsewhere on social media about this company. More

They told me to bring it over and they would fix my air conditioning. I brought it over and it was there for about a week before they said they were three weeks out. I picked it up. I made an appointment to have my 2018 f 150 lariat fixed, there was a leak from the moon roof. I was told they get to it the next day. The next day they didn't call. I told them I would be over to pick up my truck and have some other dealer to repair it. I thought since I made an appointment, that it would would repaired on that date. But it wasn't. I have always had good service at Lynn Layton ford. I have purchased several ford's from Lynn Layton over the years and never had a problem. I was always treated right at the service dept, no one else has ever serviced my vehicle's. I will now have to go to another dealer. More
