I had my F150 in for recalls and transmission problems. I was told it would be a day or two. I called multiple times trying to get updates to either be told, "we'll call you back", or "hang on and I'll f I was told it would be a day or two. I called multiple times trying to get updates to either be told, "we'll call you back", or "hang on and I'll find out", never to return. After 9 days, I finally got an update. After 2 and a half weeks, I finally got my truck back. Only to find out that I was charged a fee without any consultation or a call to ask, do you want this done. Glen just said "well, I assumed you'd want it done". I said, a phone call would have been nice. Due to the tailgate recall, the top of my tailgate was damaged when it opened when it wasn't supposed to. I asked Glen multiple times if he could find out if the paint repair would be covered. He told me more than once he would find out, but never did. This is the worst Ford service department I have ever been too. It will be worth driving it to another city to be better service. There is more to this story, but not enough time to go through everything on here. Needless to say, I won't bring my vehicles to the service department for repairs. They never once called me to give me an update, even though they kept the vehicle much longer than they said it would be. I always had to call, multiple times, just to find out what was going on. I was told I'd get a loner vehicle, which I never did. Horrible, actually absence customer service! Quick lane has always been great to work with and I'll continue to use them, but I won't use the service department again. I'm still waiting to hear if my paint job will be repaired. More
