They were very accommodating and got my vehicle in and out quickly and completed the service I took it in for and also took care of the recalls that it had that I wasn’t aware of. I also overheard the service manager going over some issues with an employee about someone else’s car, he said “No until y’all find what’s wrong and get it fixed don’t let that car leave here, the customer brought it in with a problem and we don’t let it leave til we get it fixed” that impressed me hearing that. Horrible experience with a Warranty job. Very displeased with the whole situation. 21’ f-150 died in left lane of interstate with my family, to after 3 weeks my truck was at the dealership Very displeased with the whole situation. 21’ f-150 died in left lane of interstate with my family, to after 3 weeks my truck was at the dealership with no one knowing it was there, to being nearly 3 months my truck was at the dealership. Finally my truck was brought into the shop on a Friday morning and was ready to go Tuesday morning. All it was, was a bad fuel pump. this is the ‘high points’ of my displeasement More
