They were very accommodating and got my vehicle in and out quickly and completed the service I took it in for and also took care of the recalls that it had that I wasn’t aware of. I also overheard the ser out quickly and completed the service I took it in for and also took care of the recalls that it had that I wasn’t aware of. I also overheard the service manager going over some issues with an employee about someone else’s car, he said “No until y’all find what’s wrong and get it fixed don’t let that car leave here, the customer brought it in with a problem and we don’t let it leave til we get it fixed” that impressed me hearing that. Horrible experience with a Warranty job. Finally my truck was brought into the shop on a Friday morning and was ready to go Tuesday morning. All it was, was a bad fuel pump. this is the ‘high points’ of my displeasement More

WARNING: Do not trust Lynn Layton Ford in northern Alabama to honor their coverage and warranty service. They have had my vehicle for almost three months and have been sitting on it while doing nothin Alabama to honor their coverage and warranty service. They have had my vehicle for almost three months and have been sitting on it while doing nothing to fix it. The dealership where I bought the car has tried multiple times to contact them and had had to leave messages that they have refused to return even to give status reports. And this is far from the only issue I've heard about with them sitting in warranty repairs while the vehicle owners continue to have to make payments on a vehicle they can't drive or accrue further debt on said vehicle because Lynn Layton Ford lacks the integrity to deal with warranty coverage in a timely manner. And I fully intend to warn others elsewhere on social media about this company. More
They told me to bring it over and they would fix my air conditioning. I brought it over and it was there for about a week before they said they were three weeks out. I picked it up.
