Solid dealer, fairly straight forward with prices and negotiations. They respected that rebates are my money and we negotiated the price based off MSRP then subtracted the rebates, most dealers play game negotiations. You need to do your homework to know what rebates are being offered by the manufacturer. Always do your homework, that applies to all dealerships. Of the Ford dealers in this region, I would strongly recommend starting with them. More

I was the first appointment there. I waited, as a woman through a window eating her donuts look at me and let me wait, a gentleman walked through and said someone would be there to he I waited, as a woman through a window eating her donuts look at me and let me wait, a gentleman walked through and said someone would be there to help me, I dropped my car off, called twice on that Friday, never to hear anything from anyone. I called Monday at 8:45 left message, at noon I saw where my car finally was pulled into the bay. Afternoon noon I called again and demand that i finally talked to someone, He told me that my car would be done by 5. He also stated they were swamp with little help. I totally understand that, but i also told him no communication was worse than no return calls. I don’t care if they needed more time, just communicate. I was please they fixed my car, they even fixed a recall I hadn’t fixed. I’m only writing to explain my visit, you can’t fix things you don’t know about. Overall I was please, they need others to help make calls. Maybe next time , she put her donut down and try to help the others in the shop. More
