Solid dealer, fairly straight forward with prices and negotiations. They respected that rebates are my money and we negotiated the price based off MSRP then subtracted the rebates, most dealers play game negotiations. You need to do your homework to know what rebates are being offered by the manufacturer. Always do your homework, that applies to all dealerships. Of the Ford dealers in this region, I would strongly recommend starting with them. More

Overall experience was very good and my salesperson Danial was exceptional! My only complaint was I received a checklist of vehicle items checked and yet when I got home to find out my keyless entry do Danial was exceptional! My only complaint was I received a checklist of vehicle items checked and yet when I got home to find out my keyless entry door key pad won’t work. On retuning to the dealership they inform me I could have it replaced for approximately 450.00 dollars. I will purchase the new part and have a different ford dealership program it but I would think Lynn Layton would have worked with me to resolve the issue. Just not the kind of trust I will have in the future! More
