I can only give three stars because there seems to be no need for the employees at Lynn Layton Chevrolet in speaking to its customers. I made an appointment to have my Silverado inspected for a recall and w need for the employees at Lynn Layton Chevrolet in speaking to its customers. I made an appointment to have my Silverado inspected for a recall and when I walked in I was looked at but never greeted or asked if I needed any help. I have to initiate the conversation by saying good afternoon. My vehicle failed the inspection and was then told that the part needed to be ordered and I would be called when the part came in and the service scheduled. A Week and a half later I called to check if the part had come in and I was told by the parts department that nothing was ordered but that they have that part in stock. I was then told by the service scheduler that the service department and the parts department do not communicate with each other. This is a failure on managements part. They need to pull their heads out of their Butts and get with the program and make sure that these departments are communicating. It gets worse! As I was waiting for my inspection I thought why not look at upgrading my truck for a newer one. Three salesman looked me dead in the eyes and walked past me without even asking if I needed any help. They must think that people just come to the dealership and buy vehicles without test driving or even being able to look inside of one. Took my vehicle in for the service and walked through the front and three salesmen standing there asked me if I needed any help. I told them of my experience a week before and all of a sudden they want to help. I said because of that they will not get my business. If I’m going to drop almost $100,000 on a new truck, it certainly won’t be with Lynn Layton Chevrolet. I plan on taking my business to where they appreciate their customers. More
