I have three recommendations that are needed to improve service: 1. Ability to track ordered parts status. Follow up work should get immediate attention. When I received my repaired vehicle, a collateral issue had occurred - it was 3 days (Friday afternoon to Wednesday noon) before it was even looked at. Once looked at, the resolution was quick. I found this unacceptable - making a customer wait another half week to correct and error they induced. 3. The Service Manager should care to contact a customer if requested. I had a question my service rep said should be answered by the Service Manager. He was to get the Manager to call me. It didn't happen. I waited a day and called the Manager. Never heard from him. More

I took my car in for an oil change and asked them to check for any vibrations. After the inspection, they called me saying I had damage to my muffler, which didn’t make sense.
