Made an appointment for the 4th time. Every time I made an appointment I would check back that evening bc I haven't heard anything, and they never even looked at my truck. The parts were in every time. xxxx poor communication. 4th time I took it in I had an appointment at 8am, that evening I called to check bc once again haven't heard anything. They told me they had me a rental car waiting at Hertz. They did not. 2.5 hrs later I had a vehicle. My time is valuable. A week later I was able to pick up my truck. Not one time during that week did anyone reach out to let me know the status of my truck. I had to do the reaching out. Very unorganized. Shop foreman Jonathan has a bad attitude. This spanned almost 4 months of time. I was given a free oil change by Donna (very helpful). When I redeemed it I had to hear a bunch of crap that yall don't give diesel for free. Will not be buying from Lynn Layton again. That was my third and last vehicle from yall. More
