I arrived earlier than my appointment time and had to park behind a dual line of trucks, which made me wonder how long it might take to even get into the shop area. Then my car was plucked from the end park behind a dual line of trucks, which made me wonder how long it might take to even get into the shop area. Then my car was plucked from the end of the line of trucks and taken into the shop through another entrance. The technician explained the purpose of the software update that I was responding to and I returned to the waiting area. In 15 or 20 minutes, my car was brought out, ready to go. I thanked the tech and the service writer for the quick response and was back on the road by the actual time of my appointment. Driving from Madison County for the software update, I really appreciated the fast and courteous service! More
