Service department isn't reliable. I scheduled a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado for a check engine light on, struts and rear shocks, engine oil change, transmission oil change and wiper blad I scheduled a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado for a check engine light on, struts and rear shocks, engine oil change, transmission oil change and wiper blades. The service was scheduled a week in advance. I had the vehicle at Lynn Layton service department at 6:45am the following Monday morning so they could get started making the repairs that was requested. I was told the struts would be ordered in advance so they would be there when the truck arrived. That didn't happen because I received a call Tuesday asking if I ordered the struts. I told them no, they were to order the struts last week. Received another call Friday stating the engine light came back on after after they supposedly made the repair earlier in the week. Told the service department, I needed my truck for work. Friday evening received another call stating I couldn't get the truck. Saturday morning I went to Lynn Layton to retrieve items I needed for work out of my truck. While I was at Lynn Layton I spoke to the GM about my frustration with the service department. Needless to say I received my truck after 9 working days and a total of 11 days being in Lynn Layton service center. This is the second time that my truck has been kept for almost two weeks at Lynn Layton. Both times weren't considered major repairs. Very unorganized service department and don't care about the customer. I'm not criticizing Lynn Layton Chevrolet in general, just the service department. The GM seemed concerned and agreed this was unacceptable service. More

Brought car in for oil change. Ended up with a broken tire sensor. They said we needed a tire sensor for $220. It wasn’t on when we left it with the service dept but it is now.
