The service guys there were very unprofessional . i dropped the car off and asked about how long it would take Mike (very nice) said 2 to 2 1/2 hours.we had some business to take care of so we did our i dropped the car off and asked about how long it would take Mike (very nice) said 2 to 2 1/2 hours.we had some business to take care of so we did our business and a little over 3 hours went back to check to try to prevent having to drive all the way home .the gentlemen back there did not seem to have the ability to tell me the status of the service even by name or phone number even had me to walk back in shop to verify which one was mine .i was then told the guy working on it had to leave for an emergency and that it would take 2 plus hours for the one service and 2 plus hours for the other so we left .get @7 miles out and Mike calls and says it’s ready .so you tell me how competent were the other guys that were back there .we were considering buying a new vehicle and I can assure you that your business will be on the bottom of the list .thank you for your time More
