The service center did a great job, once they were able to get around to pulling my vehicle back. The issue I had with that was their scheduler...I made sure to call the week before (twice, in fact) left a to get around to pulling my vehicle back. The issue I had with that was their scheduler...I made sure to call the week before (twice, in fact) left a voicemail mail once which wasn't returned yet so I called back. The scheduler told me they did not schedule appointments on Fridays, it was drop off only. I asked if it would be completed that day, without an appointment, and she assured me multiple times that it would. My car did end up getting worked on, but right at the tail end of the day. Had I waited for a call from the service department to come pick it up, it would have been sitting there until Monday, as I live 35min away. Luckily, I had driven over in hopes that it would be ready. I get that people go on vacation and stuff, the scheduler just needs to be honest with people and say that they will do their best, because not everyone has a backup transportation to get them to work the next day. As I said, I'm satisfied with the service department themselves...will apparently be seeing them again soon as they found more trouble than I knew I had. More
