Took my vehicle in to repair or replace sunroof. Was told there was a new sunroof person to work on them. Dropped it off Aug 3 . Service dept called to tell me they decided they didn't want to work Was told there was a new sunroof person to work on them. Dropped it off Aug 3 . Made a appointment for 8-1-23 8:00 had it there 7-31-23 5:30 called 8-1-23 at 3:30 they had not even looked at it.
