They had my truck for 8 days. It has an issue with starting due to a computer component. They called me and said it was ready for pick up. $450 dollars, most of that was for a bat It has an issue with starting due to a computer component. Drive it to work and back and now it's sitting in my driveway with the same issue. I'm waiting for a call from the service manager now. I told them several times what it was doing but I got the feeling they didn't care what I thought and were gonna do whatever to get it to crank. I'm not very pleased with them. I'm sure they are good people and do quality work but my personal experience with them has me furious. More

dropped car off on Thursday Aug. 3 for service and replace actuator. (fairly simple repair) was not ready until Friday, Aug. 10. Feel like I was overcharged for the part and labor (simple repair, cheap part) but that is ok and to be expected from a dealership. I was not pleased with the $25.00 "environmental charge" tacked on. This charge is nothing more than a gouge and the dealership should be ashamed to charge its customers this nonsense!!! More
