When I called about setting up the recall repair, I asked if there was a courtesy vehicle and was told it was not an option. So, I arranged for someone to take me to work that day. When I dropped my car off, if there was a courtesy vehicle and was told it was not an option. So, I arranged for someone to take me to work that day. When I dropped my car off, I was asked if I needed a ride to work. I am very confused if you do or do not offer courtesy service as in the past. I don't remember the person I talked to on the phone when I set up the repair. But I do know that George was great and very professional when I dropped my car off. More
