Brought truck in on December 20 picked up on 29. No one ever called to keep us updated finally we called asking when we could pick it up and no one knew anything about my vehicle being there. Picked it up the next day after which it was supposed to be there have been detailed because it was owed to us when we purchased vehicle and it was a really bad job. Silas offered to make them redo it but we said no we don't have time. At this point we don't even know what had been done in repairs because we didn't get anything. Silas said he would email it to us but he never did. I talked with someone and I think it was Ben, yes it was Ben several days later and he emailed it to us. Overall it was very unorganized and not friendly people at all. More
